Statement from the CEO

Having entered the world of entrepreneurship 25 years ago, I appreciate the many circumstances and opportunities afforded me that have brought me to where I am. As I reflect on how this whole adventure got started, I must thank a woman-owned business owner. She ran a remediation business, and I was her office manager. While keeping the office was my priority, on many occasions, I was asked to assist with emergencies. Remediation is all about emergencies, and when it’s a new fire or water damage, it is all hands on deck. I loved helping bring the chaos back to order and helping the owners who were affected.

Armed with this great experience, I launched my first business doing commercial property maintenance. During my twelve years as CEO, I had complete oversight of a seven day per week operation. I also gained an in-depth knowledge of facilities maintenance. My experience as a vendor and licensed contractor has been invaluable to me. I draw on this every day using it as a guideline for my expectations with vendors.

It seems that my combined experience prepared me perfectly for my next business as a property manager. I started managing properties in Marin and San Francisco in 2007, and I worked for several firms before I began managing my own portfolio of properties in 2010. What I enjoy most about being a property manager is helping others. I also enjoy the vast array of different personalities I work with. Each day is different in property management, and we can never be sure what challenges we will face.

As we launch this new website, we realize that we are living in a new digital age where homeowners expect fast, efficient, self-service options for handling their regular needs. We are responding to your expectations, and we will be here to guide you whether you are a pro at digital services, or you just need a little help.
